CLASS SCHEDULE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • A: We offer a variety of group-classes every day for all fitness levels: indoor cycling, beat-based mat Pilates-style classes, circuit training, yoga & more. We also provide onsite and offsite Personal Training.

  • A: Not at all! We’re a body-positive, no-ego studio in a neighborhood vibe. Come in, and one of our coaches will work with you on any concerns you have before, during or after your visit.

  • A: Morning sessions start at 7 AM weekdays and wrap up at 1 PM.

    Evening sessions start at 5 PM Monday - Thursday and at 4 PM on Fridays.

    Evening sessions wrap up by 8 PM Monday - Thursday and at 6 PM on Fridays.

    We only offer morning sessions on the weekends with the first class at 8 AM and the last class wrapping up by 1 PM.

  • A: Parking is as expected in the neighborhood - scarce. We furnish approximately 12 parking spots in a private lot adjacent to the studio, however, they fill quickly. We have one ADA spot, which requires a valid placard or plates. For all other parking, please prepare for a short walk to the studio from Lyric Ave. or Griffith Park Blvd. There are only a few very lucky meters in front of the space on Hyperion.

    Note street sweeping is Wednesdays 10-12 in front of studio and Fridays 10 - 12 across the street.

    Don’t block neighbors driveways. They WILL have you towed.

  • We have two gender-neutral private showers with all necessities for you to prepare for your next adventure. Towel service at no charge (or purchase new towel for $6)

  • A. You’ll want to come prepared no matter the class. Here is a quick rundown:

    • CYCLING:

      • Athletic shoes or cycling shoes (SPD or Delta cleats only - prepare to have you cycling shoes inspected before class) . We offer a variety of sizes of cycling shoes to rent. Socks are required if renting shoes.

      • A refillable water bottle

      • Gym towel (we provide towels at no charge if you forget yours).

    • CIRCUIT & LIFT:

      • Athletic shoes are REQUIRED.

      • A refillable water bottle

      • Gym towel (we provide towels at no charge if you forget yours).

    • MOBILITY & YOGA:

      • A mat (we have loaner mats at no charge)

      • Socks are REQUIRED for Mobility (purchase at the front desk if you forget yours).

      • Grip socks are optional

    • SCULPT:

      • Shoes not required & socks are optional

      • Mats are provided

  • A: You may cancel your class up to 2 hours before start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a $15–$20 non-refundable fee and risk the loss of a class credit.

    We do not allow entry after the class has been running for 5 minutes, no exceptions — this protects the flow and safety of all participants.

    Our 5-minute grace period is ONLY in effect if we do not have a waitlist. Waitlisted clients are admitted at class start time to any unoccupied spots and latecomers will be turned away even if they arrive within first five minutes.

  • A. We do not offer free services to ensure we are able to provide a living wage to our staff.

    We do offer an amazing introductory offer of 7 classes over 2 weeks for only $69 to Los Angeles residents. You can get started here!

  • A. We offer structured fitness & mobility classes at schedule times throughout the day. We do not have an open gym.

  • To keep our space safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

    • Avoid heavy fragrances. Strong scents can impact others in a small studio environment.
    Please also practice good hygiene — even if you plan to shower afterward. You’re working out near others, so arrive clean and fresh.

    • Do NOT park in designated “No Parking” zones.
    You will be asked to move your vehicle and may miss class.

    • Shirts must stay on for men.
    Sports bras are welcome for women.

    • No phones in class.
    Take calls outside. If you’re expecting an important call, please reschedule your class.

    • No large gym bags on the studio floor.
    Store all personal items in our cubbies or self-locking lockers.
