To keep our space safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
• Avoid heavy fragrances. Strong scents can impact others in a small studio environment.
Please also practice good hygiene — even if you plan to shower afterward. You’re working out near others, so arrive clean and fresh.• Do NOT park in designated “No Parking” zones.
You will be asked to move your vehicle and may miss class.• Shirts must stay on for men.
Sports bras are welcome for women.• No phones in class.
Take calls outside. If you’re expecting an important call, please reschedule your class.• No large gym bags on the studio floor.
Store all personal items in our cubbies or self-locking lockers.
